Nice but a pain to build
The set looks nice and I'd comfortable once it is together. Getting there is the hard bit! My boyfriend was putting it together for over 4 hours! And he has built loads of furniture having worked in a garden center and he said "it was the worst he had ever built". There are gaps between the screws and the legs of the chairs and misaligned holes.
After a week of use I noticed rust! This has appeared in areas that the paint has chipped. These chips were not noticed at the time of building.
Overall the set looks nice but I am unsure how long it will last for which is a shame.

Incomplete and parts don't fit together.
Firstly, only the chairs turned up. The table never has.
The chairs then didn't fit together properly, with the chair frames of the seat being approximately 2cm to short gor the frame of the back rest/rear legs.
MH Star the manufacturer refunded us immediately without question.

Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
