Very vague instruction
Took a week to put up because the instructions are crap, would put bits together then have to take them.apart to accomodate the step after! Floor holes for securing to the ground don't align great, and definitely needs securing as very light.

Don’t bother
Bought this with the assumption the inside would actually be 4ft but this was not the case. The instructions/pictures were diabolical. Some pieces received were bent which affected the overall sturdiness and shape of the shed and wasted so much time trying to fix. Next time I will pay more to have a better quality shed with an installation service

Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied:
- Products < 20kg: £7.50
- Products > 20kg: £30
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
