This Outsunny water feature is a great addition to any outdoor space, bringing calm and relaxation along with a fantastic new focal point.
Comprising two wooden barrels with an authentically styled pump, this water feature looks great on your patio, lawn, or balcony. The flowing water brings a continuous and relaxing trickle and a touch of Zen, allowing you to truly unwind in the comfort of your own outside space. Using it as a background sound will make you feel peaceful and calm. This feature works by filling the bottom barrel with water, before the pump pushes the water back up and through the spout. The water falls to the top barrel filling it up and then once full in to the bottom barrel, creating a cascading effect.
Made from high quality materials, the solid fir wood construction with carbonization treatment, the steel faucet and hoops, and the inner plastic liner are designed to withstand the weather and long-term outdoor use, making it a lasting addition to your space.

Amazing!
Its a really nice and well made item. It looks great in my garden and the sound from the water is so peaceful and relaxing, I highly recommend. Also quick tip get yourself some underwater lights. It looks amazing at night time.

Poor quality. Return not carried out!
Item delivered damaged, screw misaligned during manufacture causing outer wood to split. Called twice to arrange return but never heard back from the distributor as promised by RD. In the end I repaired it by realigning screw and glueing damaged area. Would not recommend.

Not for me
I purchased one of these water features from Robert Dyers at first no problem but under a week the water was going everywhere apart from where it was supposed to go, I did return it for a refund and I must say Dayes were very helpful and understanding and gave me a full refund.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
