door canopy
This door canopy is far better than I thought it would be. The side brackets are plastic but a very strong and robust feel to them not the cheap flimsy sort of stuff you would get from a high street "cheap" store, very impressed with it. The polycarbonate sheet is not easy to attach to the side brackets though, as you try to slide it into the bracket you will need an extra pair of hands otherwise as fast as you try to curve the sheet into place it pops out again, I had maybe 10 or 12 attemps before eventually (reluctantly) asking my wife for help, once done though the canopy is excellent and not expensive. Well pleased.

We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
