Brilliant little pool
Easy to set up, but be aware it does take a few hours to fill, so don’t promise the kids too early.
Highly recommend this pool, good value compared to others.
The cover is an optional extra or make one as I did using a 3x2 meter tarpaulin.

Great pool, useless pump.
Great pool, sturdy and easy to assemble. The only is issue is with the supplied pump, it is totally inadequate so despite very careful monitoring of the water quality, the pool went green with alge

Pool is excellent, pump is useless
The pool itself is excellent and very good quality.
However the pump supplied does suck up the debris in the pool, that including bugs or bits floating near the sucker pipe or on top on the water. It doesn't have enough power.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
