Great for herbs, small plants, and propagation.
Sturdy, good design, and a really nice looking piece of kit. It does require some patience putting together but the product at the end of it is well worth it. I'm thinking of buying another.

Good quality
Good quality, delivered on time. Very sturdy and looks great 👍🏻.
The only downfall is that it takes about 5 hours to build, and the instructions could be better. This lost the product a star from me, but once it is built, it is built and it is a great addition to the garden 😉

good looking but lightweight
Greenhouse is very lightweight and flimsy and pieces don't fit together well so requires a lot of loosening and tightening to get them to fit together. Because very thin plastic is used for the top section, if there is any wind, the opening top windows tend to blow open so have had to add straps to the top windows to keep them from blowing open.

Difficult to assemble. Instructions very poor. Milling of some components slightly out . Resembles giant mechano set for children. Looks fine on finished product and effective. Needs imagination to keep vents closed in windy weather

Difficult to build
Difficult to build because the instructions booklet pages were not in sequence. It took most of a day to build as it was very fiddly with hundreds of nuts and bolts. Finished product is good, nice height but doors are a bit flimsy.

This product is awful, it took at least 6 hours by a qualified technical engineer to assemble. Parts don’t fit resulting in scraping the product. This product tarnishs the name of Robert Dyaus.

Very poor quality
This was extremely difficult to put together and i actually gave up half way and had to pay a professional! Even he said it was a mission and despite it taking an extra 3 hours to a paid worker...the item is falling to bits within a day. I rarely leave reviews but I wish I had been aware that it arrives in a million pieces and is very poor quality in the end anyway. Very disappointed in this Outsunny product.

This product is delivered by our approved supplier.
Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.
Returns
Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
