Cheap but not great quality
Easy to put together but the instructions would have been better if they had used words and not just pictures.
The quality isn't great with parts like the door not fitting well.

Warning, it has not been treated!
Despite the claim that it has been treated with outdoor paint it has NOT. The description says it has and is grey. I’m now going to have to buy paint in order to preserve it.

Instructions need to be better
Having received this flat packed we unpacked it and read the instructions. We were confused with holes on the inside not matching to the outside. After a while we realised the internal holes were for the plugs and the outside holes were for the screws. Some holes we had to drill as the screws wouldn't go through. After getting used to how it was put together it was plain sailing. Instructions need to be clearer. It took 2 of us 3 hours and so far pleased with the results. It needs painting as there is white marks on it despite being treated.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team on 0333 103 6677 (Monday- Friday 08:00 - 19:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00, Closed Sunday & Bank holidays. - call charges may vary by network) or via email to: [email protected] who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied:
- Products < 20kg: £7.50
- Products > 20kg: £30
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
