Great looking canapy
This was delivered quickly had a call 45 mins before to say on their way. My other half put it together and put it up by himself. Hard to say how long it took as he had to do the maths to work out where on the wall the fitting would go and posts. You could fit higher on wall and adjust legs, you would have to saw them. End result looks great. Only been up 2 days. Its a shame nothing to attach sides to, we bought to cover jacuzzi but still could do with sides to protect us from wind.

Took a chance. Glad we did!!
Took a chance it would be great and it is. Didn't fit it myself but asked my patio builder to do it, he said it had a lot of parts but was fairly straightforward and loved it was adjustable so could fit on the best part of the brick work and navigate the TV dish. Overall so far we are really pleased.

Excellent product that is made to last. Easiest to erect and put together. The product is made to last. Such a brilliant product I purchased the connecting kit and purchased an additional Sierra Patio Cover 3m x 3.05m and joined the two together. Customer after sales service is excellent and very friendly I can highly recommend the company

Easy to erect
It survived the high winds. So we are very pleased with the Palram Patio cover in white. It has kept our furniture dry. The instructions were very clear and looks good too. We would recommend it. Looking forward to the G & T.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
