If you judge the quality of a product by its weight and rock-solid construction, then you are in for a treat!
Packaging 4/5
This product is soo heavy (93kgs!) it arrived on a pallet wrapped for the winter! Whereas the product was well protected, I am now stuck with a pallet and wooden frame to get rid of - hence the 1 point deduction.
Instructions 5/5
There is almost a booklet of instructions - that is how detailed the instructions are. Step by step - including an accurate estimate of 5.5 to 8.5 hours to complete. It suggests you need 2 people to complete the task, but I was able to complete it on my own without issue. I guess the extra person is to help you drag the three 30kg+ boxes up the stairs to the bedroom. Make sure to give yourself plenty of space in which to work. You will thank yourself later for it.
Build Quality 5/5
If you ensure every nut, bolt, screw, and plug is securely fastened, and you use the 4,500 nails they give you (it's not that many, but boy do you get the feeling that these guys do not cut corners with the amount of metal you throw at this chest of drawers), this thing is solid enough to climb on top of and dance (not that you should, mind you), but it looks and feels the part. And each drawer sits perfectly aligned in its designated space.
It was strange that I ended up on Robert Dyas's website to begin with, but I was looking for a very specific set of dimensions for my chest of drawers, and this product ended up ticking all the boxes.
I am so happy I bought this product. Buy with absolute confidence.

Delivered within days
Satisfied with the new chest of drawers I purchased. Exactly what I wanted. Though the courier used by Robert Dyers had rude customer service (horrified that I didn't have a lift in my block) and did not want to bring the furniture inside my home? Also courier didn't specify with me when they were going to deliver, luckily I was home.

Looks good, great size for the price
Requires quite a lot of assembly and the delivery firm were one of the worst I have ever dealt with: rude, late, unhelpful, have pisspoor tracking features on their site and no one who picks up the phone, but the piece is nice

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
