Create the perfect outdoor environment for your rabbit and other small pets they’ll love for years, thanks to this outdoor hut and house from PawHut.
It’s formed of two parts: the main house and a run area, giving them the best of both worlds. Made from solid fir wood to ensure it’s tough and durable, the house features a main room to roam around freely, a ramp to get inside and out easily, a water-resistant openable roof and a pull-out tray for easy cleaning.
It’s finished with a tall metal fence for the run, keeping them safe whilst they’re outside enjoying the fresh air. There is no tray on the bottom.

Nice BUT VERY SMALL
It was easy to build but it’s very small. Too small in my opinion for rabbits or guinea pigs to spend much time in. I would not have bought had a I realised the dimensions. Ramp is very steep - too steep for guinea pigs. It was easy to build and arrived v quickly.

Rabbit hutch- don’t buy
This hutch is not well built and is flimsy. The locks are out of position and very difficult to shut. Not worth the money and I regret purchasing this. The ladder snapped a week after being put together. I’m going to have to buy another as this hutch is falling apart

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
