About as easy as you expect it to be to assemble, matches pictures and is fairly sturdy. Cat likes the dangly bits

High quality, low price!
Fabulous value for money cat tree. I bought this as my cat had 'adopted' a little feral kitten. So I ended up with two cats and they were fighting over the one I had. They both love this one and the little kitten particularly loved the 'nest' - thoroughly recommended
