Good but could be bigger
This is well made and easy to assemble. Nicely balanced. It has useful safety features to stop chickens getting their heads caught when coming in from the side. One of the better made treadle feeders on the market. I would have liked it more if it were a few inches wider as only two chickens can feed at a time.

Cheaply made
Poor quality the lid catches and does not close so feed gets wet and rodents get in. Very flimsy material. Disappointed in this product if I could send it back I would but it’s been used for a week.

Lets water in so food goes soggy
I bought this as I was going away for Christmas. It appeared to work well at first. The hens learnt how to use it but it let the rain in. The wet food could not fall into the trough so the herbs coukd not access their food. I would like my money back please. It would have been kd ok if in doors but not out side.
