Great, modern looking table (and chairs)
Had some difficulty ordering online initially as just moved to new estate. But customer services were so prompt, and and helpful, with their response.
Delivery was next day, and delivery man was very friendly, and brought boxes into house.
Table was really quick, and easy, to assemble.
Chairs were fine - until you got to the seat, and then screw holes didn’t line up. Took ages to sort them, and one in particular needed us to make new holes.
Looks great when finished, with the Milan cappuccino chairs, and so much more expensive than they were.
Would recommend this company.

Excellent service
Table arrived well packaged with speedy in informative delivery times. Had a problem on assembly, but customer services were just wonderful, and table is now in a prime position in my lounge. I love it. I needed a small table to fit in with my decor, and this table has more than fit the bill. Will be recommending to friends and family. Excellent customer care service.

Lovely table and chairs, fits
Lovely table and chairs, fits great in my new kitchen/diner. I did have an issue with a broken chair piece where you have to screw it to the seat but after a phonecall to customer service a new one was promptly despatched. Very good customer service, can't fault it.

Great Product
The table is lovely and good value for money.
Their service is great too. I was very impressed with the service as it was delivered 2 days after I ordered it.
It was slightly damaged on the corner and when I contacted Furniture Box it was dealt with it promptly and I was very pleased with it the way was dealt with.
The table was easy to assemble and looks amazing in my kitchen.
I would highly recommend Furniture Box.
I’ll be using them in the future!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
