Ottoman
Was looking for a sturdy ottoman, in grey. This one is lovely and is a good size, material is beautiful, can store plenty inside. Comfy to sit on. Just what i was looking for. Delivery excellent. Very happy.

Strong fishy smell
The ottoman itself is good but there was a strong fishy smell as soon as I opened the packaging. The whole home smelt and all my clothes that i kept inside smelt. As I had already screwed the feet on, I couldn't return the ottoman otherwise i would have sent it straight back. The smell is still there after nearly three weeks although not so strong.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
