The picture on the wen site is beautiful but the peroduct is incomplete, can't use the bag without thr trolley with wheels. dsend several e mails got zero reply blaming thr " Lockdown " of slowness of their service. Never had this experinece before as their product noemally are excellent I am a customer of their's for 30 yyears.
