John Very Disappointed from
Terrible quality the majority of items had defects
The majority of items in this small 12 piece set had issues with the glaze. There were a combination of pit holes and black specks imbedded in the glaze. Clearly demonstrating no or very poor quality control.
I subsequently found Robert Dyas customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in attempting to return a damaged item and receive a refund. I certainly will not be buying anything else from them ever again!
