Terrible Buy
1. After just 2 days use the lid fixing taking the screw broke
2. I took it back to my local RD and they refunded the cost immediately
3. In searching other sites for a similar kettle I cam across this one selling at only £8.00 not the £19.99 RD sold it for and yes it was exactly the same kettle
4. This was the 2nd kettle this year I had to return to RD the 1st one sprung a leak after just 6 weeks

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
