Beautiful kettle
What attracted me first of all to the kettle was it's colour, it matches my kitchen wall. I also prefer hob kettles to electric ones, and this one is of excellent quality. I would recommend it.

Still not convinced it will last that long
I bought this a month ago. It’s a kettle. It boils water. It whistles when the water’s boiled. I’m just not sure how durable it’s going to be long term. It’s a bit flimsy and the bottom of the kettle seems to scorch easily. But then maybe I have the gas turned up too high.

Very poor quality
Paint started to peel away from the base about 4 weeks after purchase , 3 months down the line it appears to be melting away & the inside has lost its shine! This kettle is very poor quality ,it’s been used on an induction hob so no direct heat to come around the side of it. Customer service say it’s wear & tear , the kettle is built to last 3 months!!! Cheap tat not fit for purpose, don’t waste your money!!!

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
