Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as described Absolutely gutted I have bought and paid for 2 of these frames. Both frames have been received scuffed on the front and in poor condition, one of which has a slight crack in the glass on the bottom right hand side and the other one hasn't been finished properly on the inside (one of the parts of the wooden board which holds the frame together was completely loose from the frame). When trying to insert your photographs in to the frame you have very minimal space in which to do so as the backing paper has been GLUED around 3 of the 4 edges so you literally have minimal room to try and slide your photo in. Needless to say after trying and failing doing this I ended up just tearing the backing off to position the photos and holding them in place using a tab of sellotape. The description is totally different to the product when they've arrived. The frame actually has some of the photo spaces set back from the glass frame which kind of make it look almost 3D, whereas in the photo it suggests that it is just a normal frame where photos sit on the glass. Really really wished I hadn't of bought these, they certainly are NOT worth the money! First and last time I will buy anything from here!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

  • Customised or bespoke Products
  • Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
  • Fresh food
  • Perishable items including live plants and Trees

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
