Good strong Irish coffee glasses
I could not find Irish Coffee glasses in the run up to Christmas anywhere. I didn't think to look at Robert Dyas. I saw and ordered these and they came immediately. Nice, strong glasses. We had many Irish coffees over Christmas, excellent.

Nice set of glasses
Being a fan of Irish Coffee at Christmas thought I would treat myself to a set of proper glasses , Robert Dyas seemed a good make and a reasonable price .I ordered and paid online and the glasses arrived in a good time , well packaged . The glasses are sturdy but not heavy , look nice and are a welcome addition to the drinks cabinet

Fortunately Robert Dyas have become more competitive price wise I always use them when I can as the Redhill, Surrey shop assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful I. This instance the shop didn’t stock the product so purchased online. Excellent

very disappointed
The set of Irish Coffee glasses I ordered were damaged and were of very poor quality, with rough edges,one cracked rim and one leaning over to one side.
I went on to the online chat questions to complain as there was no direct phone line to ring and found this very frustrating to use, eventually I did manage to get a refund on the cost of the glasses but found the customer services system difficult to use and impersonal.
In addition the glasses were delivered to the wrong house and a neighbour brought them to us the next day after I got an email confirming delivery to us !
Nothing to do with Robert Dyas I suppose !

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
