The Pure Relief contains a supportive 19cm layer of eco and reflex foams with a layer of HD memory foam allowing the body to sink into the mattress slightly relieving pressure on bones, joints and muscles whilst maximizing life span.The mattress is supplied vacuum packed and rolled for easy transportation and making it ideal for awkward attic rooms. The mattress is suitable for all types of bed bases and frames and meets all of the UK’s quality and safety standards.

Medium to firm mattress
The mattress is rather heavy so needs two people to move it.
After 4 weeks the smell of the mattress is still strong.
The mattress is rather firm, I am getting used to it. I hope it softens with time.
Overall it seems to be a good quality mattress. Time will tell.

Good value, comfortable & ideal for adjustable bed
Delivered much earlier than expected. Longer than the foam mattress it replaced on my adjustable bed which was causing problems with the pillows falling off when raised. Only issue is that it's just too easy to roll over in the morning for another few minutes and again ...

Good for children
I bought this mattress for my son's cabin bed. It fits perfectly and seems comfy enough for him. However, I'm not impressed with the quality of the memory foam. It's not firm enough and I don't think it would keep the shape for longer if an adult is sleeping on it regularly.

Great nights sleep eased aches and pains.
First night I slept on the mattress I thought what have I done it felt a bit hard but night after night my sleep got better and now I can’t wait to get to bed.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team on 0333 103 6677 (Monday- Friday 08:00 - 19:00, Saturday & Sunday 09:00 - 17:00, Closed Bank holidays. - call charges may vary by network) or via email to: customerservices@robertdyas.co.uk who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied:
- Products < 20kg: £7.50
- Products > 20kg: £30
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
