Right size for the job
These low height boxes stack up neatly in my chest freezer, so I can sort food items and find what I need easily by lifting the strong handles, placing them on a surface to get to the others, instead of rumaging around and "losing" things.

Great box, bigger than expected - and sturdy
Great box, very sturdy, ld remains on well. Have other plastic boxes where the lid doesn't fit well, but on this thing it's really secure. ould highly recommend, and am sure to get more soon.

Easy Storage (Really Useful A4 Box)
These boxes are very versatile and you can use them for anything that fits but their best feature is that they actually store A4 paper as opposed to being A4 sized themselves which is the problem with most boxes that state being A4.
Love them... you can stack them away behind a door, under a table, on a shelf... absolutely anywhere you have a bit of space. They are strong, durable and lightweight too. Really happy with my Really Useful Storage Boxes!!!

Bought these 10.5 litre boxes for storage, perfect size to stack in my under worktop cupboards. Good clips for lids, transparency helpful for contents, and stable when stacked.

I bought 8 of these boxes as they were such a good price. Unfortunately one was broken when it arrived but i have not contacted Robert Dyas, as i can still put stuff in it.
They are just what I needed to store a lot of wool fibre and great since I can see just what is in each box.

Sturdy, but measurements are wrong
As per previous review ( which I didn’t read before purchasing), the measurements are inaccurate. Because of the slant, the bottom of the box is only 38 cm x 32. So not good for what intended to be used for.
The shop assistants were also a bit unpleasant when collecting my order.

Sturdy but measurements incorrect
I bought this to store A3 paper in and according to the measurements online, would have fit fine. However, not only do the sides taper so the bottom is not the same measurements as the top, the measurements given are taken externally with the lid on. Consequently the internal measurements are different and thus not making it fit for the purpose I wanted it for. Now for visit into a store to go and check internal measurements before I buy.

Width not as much as you might think
I bought this as i needed to store something flat that was 41cm wide.
I assumed that a 47cm wide box would give me enough leeway for the sides etc, but this box measures 38cm wide at the bottom internally. So you lose 9cm of width, which is an enormous amount to lose.

I would have liked to have something to review...
I ordered this using click-and-collect because they were out of stock at my local branch.
I was expecting to collect them the next day or the day after, but was told the earliest date was a week away.
Guess what happened? They then closed the stores due to the virus, and rather than offer to deliver them, they cancelled the order! So I'd have to pay a fiver for delivery, for an order of about £13...
Then they increased the minimum delivery order to £50, so in order to get these things now I have to find fifty pounds worth of stuff I want from Dyas - which I really can't do.
So I never did get them, and won't for the foreseeable future.
I realise the virus has had a lot of knock-on effects, but I really feel that Dyas hasn't exactly bent over backwards to help their customers - I'm sure I'm not the only one in this sort of position.

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
