Great costumer service
Can’t tell a lot about product, as I ended up returning this item. There was slight problem with it and I contacted costumer service. It took around week and half to solve it, but it was third party order, so Robert Dyas need to contact supplier in my behalf which make it longer, but I was offered full refund and as a good will gesture was offered to keep an item. Can’t blame anyone for fault, just a bad luck, but situation was dealt with in professional manner, with regular updates.

Highly recommend although I’ve found the front wheel likes to stay to the left , suit me perfectly as I have to walk my 2 children 2 miles to school and back every day , definitely a life saver

Beware of info in online description
Product information online shows the trailer has a 40kg capacity. When delivered the instruction manual shows it only has a capacity of 24kg. It seems combined weight (net weight of trailer; 16kg plus maximum capacity; 24kg) is equal to 40kg. That’s two very different things!

This item was too big for the purpose i wanted it for, so it was returned. However, the quality was fantastic and it looked very sturdy.

No use as a buggy
This might well work as a bike trailer but it is no good as a buggy. There is no steering and it is very difficult to manoeuvre with 2 small children on board. The frame seems sturdy enough but the brakes don't work at all and there is no foot brake (although the description on the site says there is).
Having attempted to use the buggy once and realised it was not fit for purpose, I attempted to return it but the process was so long and convoluted that I was wasting more time than the refund would be worth and it'll be less hassle to just take the loss and sell it on myself for less than I paid for it. I have to admit, I was quite disappointed as I expected better service using a known brand like Robert Dyas.
