Incomplete package
The first package arrived without the bag of fixings in the box. I let robert dyas know by email and nothing was done. Then I wrote a stinking review on here, as deserved, and then things began to move but still more slowly than I expected. It’s finally resolved with them sending a new package. So it’s resolved now and the grand kids love it.

Electric kids ride on car
I purchased this for a xmas gift, for a young boy. It arrived in a plain normal cardboard box, so opened the box to find that was the car box, no photo of the product on box, kids love photos, I am sure the car inside is great. And it will end up being a good toy but my nephew will look at the plain box and move on to the next gift.
