Very pleased with this
For the price, this is an excellent trailer. It came in a box labelled Homcom... I suspect similar trailers branded as Reiten, Homcom and Aoson are the same product under a different name. It was easy to assemble, and the parts fitted together well (some online reviews suggested that drilled holes might not be precise, but it was fine). The wheels bearings could do with a bit of adjustment to get them running freely without play in the bearings, but it's a minor problem. Pulling it without any load, it rattles a lot, I was thinking of adding some rubber washers between parts to quiet the rattles, but it seemed ok when filled with a load. Pretty happy all round.

Nice chunky trailer
I put this together quickly and easily - but DO read the instructions. It’s very smart and strong and the bike fitting attached easily to my electric bike.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
