Childs electric bike
Excellent value a little difficult to put together. Not the best instruction booklet. It had a couple of broken bits and it was so easy contacting customer service who sorted it out the next day. I will definitely be buying from Robert Dyas again.

I bought this for my grandson (who will be 2 in March) for Christmas, he is not very big for his age which is lucky as this trike is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. My husband found it very fiddly to put together as you more or less have to build it yourself, when constructed it looks ok just small & the horn is pathetic but hopefully he will like it.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
