Great value trolley and good quality for the price
We bought a trolley and had to send it back as it was damaged. However, Robert Dyas customer service was superb and we had the replacement within a couple of days. The second trolley is perfect and was very easy to put together. Very pleased with this purchase, with Robert Dyas' response and with the value for money.

Perfect
This trolley was exactly as described and gave me the extra storage I needed. It took me a while to put together but if you follow the instructions carefully it is straightforward. Nothing was missing in the pack and all the screw holes matched up.

Damaged on Arrival - would not replace small part.
We bought this two weeks ago and towards the end of assembly noticed a damaged front drawer panel. We were offered a full replacement but did not want to take apart and then reassemble. We reported and requested a simple part replacement or partial refund but they would not do this - only refund or full replacement. They stopped answering my emails. Very disappointed as we love the product otherwise.

Poor Quality and not fit for purpose
This was just what we wanted so we started to make it straight away only to find some parts were badly painted, others were slightly dented and some holes were not finished properly. As we tried to construct it we found parts and holes did not line up properly and it was impossible to assemble. Robert Dyas did deal with our complaint well, both quickly and satisfactorily but I would advise anyone to stay well clear of this product.

Overpriced, damaged and some parts not got for pur
On emptying the box I could see that the wine rack was damaged - it is a glue job but considering the state of the rest of the item In print this on RD to sort out.
Chips and dents on the work surface/top, second of the shelf not fixed, minor knocks and chips to the white paintwork. One set of holes not even drilled. Then to top it all off the wine glass holder/rack is too small to slide glasses into. Such a shame as its ideal for what I want it for, it's just shoddy. I can only add 6 pictures which is a shame as I have almost 10 of the poor quality parts.
