Great communication
I bought a tree which sadly was faulty,the company immediately offered a replacement or refund..no quibble. On this occasion I chose a refund but I would definitely reccomend this company and I would deal with them again.

Colourful lights
I and kids love the tree which included the fibre optic lights along with bulb lights.
Just a minor issue , there was a piece at end to secure the tree which was broken when arrived but it was too late to return do just accepted it.

Happy with tree, lots of options for sequence of lights. Good value and quality
Just for consideration, lights are bright and it doesnt remember the sequence so every morning I have to press the button 17 times...

Poor quality lights controller meant having to return for refund as lights could not be switched to change sequence from flashing to on constantly due to non functional button.
