Does exactly what it says on the tin..
.. If the tin says "open me".
Opens the tin a dream, glad I bought it. Was using a rock before and would always mash the lid of the tin and inevitably have crunchy food

Replacement needed after just 3 uses
I had to get a replacement as the cog wouldn't grip. The new one is still working fine.

Poor quality, broke second time it was used
Bought this recently to replace a 15 year old Brabanta opener, that had finally worn out. However I was very disappointed in this units performance, as the drive cog attached to the opening handle has worn down to the point where it no longer grips the tin. Will be taking it back for replacement for a different kind, or a full refund. Issue seems to be the cog is made of soft un hardened metal.
