The timber used to build this product has been pressure treated for durability and longevity and is likely to still have some green spotting on it as a result. There is no need to worry about these small dots as they are perfectly normal and will disappear within just a few weeks. Wood is a natural material and will inevitably move and warp slightly with time. If your wood splits or cracks with the passing seasons there is no need for concern, this is a natural by-product of timber construction.

What everyone needs
Bought this to hide unsightly refuse bins and now we have a nice what looks like a small shed, and is very attractive

Save your time and money
This arrived in 2 flat packs, the instructions are not easy to follow and you will need a drill, as none of the holes are pre-drilled.
Mine was delivered 2 weeks ago and after spending 5+ hours so far I have still not completed the assembly.
I really wish I hadn’t bought this!
Personally I would expect a much better product and easier construction for the money.

Design issue and flimsy, but looks good
- Design issue.
The bid store cannot sit flush to a wall because of the design / lift of the lids. The lids are about 5in high so when you lift the lid up and back, the lid hits the wall behind. I got round this by moving the hinges to the sides, it works, but this is not as designed as they no longer lift the wheelie bin lid.

Lots of wood, but I had to add some corner brackets to give it more support.
But it looks good and happy with it now.

Not pleased at all
I bought this bin store for my mother. ‘Robert Dyas’ appeared to be a good name and the pictures looked like it was a substantial structure.
I am more than disappointed. It’s poor value for £240 ( reduced price)
The quality of the wood is poor , it’s poorly finished, the roof structure is the worst part. It is inaccurately formed.
It would help if the many parts were labelled, pre drilled and the instructions were better printed. The wood across the top and bottom of the opening has been replaced by myself. The door edges are ‘grooved’ rather than plain, this is because understandably tongue and groove was used, but not to finish it by planing is not good.
I have asked for a refund.
I’m very surprised.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
