Lovely solid arch
Bought this a few weeks ago and it is a lovely solid arch, so easy to construct and looks beautiful in the garden. Just need my flowers to grow up it now

Very solid and well built arch at a great price.
This looks even better in reality than it does in the photos. It was a doddle to put together and put up. Some reviews mention two people are needed but I couldn't really see why. My only thought would be that when adding the rounded top to the uprights you might want to drive in a few more screws than the ones they suggest just to add to the rigidity.

Great quality but poor installation instructions
Beautiful now installed and the quality shows but this arch is NOT for the weekend diy-er to put together. Also no mention made at point of sale that spikes or base foot plates are required to hold the arch to ground. These are not sold by Robert Dyas which is crazy. Instructions not at all clear and several screws were missing. Drill holes is wrong places on arch to screw to uprights. Took 2 professional carpenters 4 hours to put together (not including time spent digging holes for spikes, cementing them in and waiting for it to dry. Despite all of this a very beautiful arch emerged which I am very pleased with.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
