Great product
Bought this to replace an old shed, it is absolutely brilliant great value for money. It was put up in two hours. The service was first rate. The delivery driver was also extremely helpful.

Bought this for our bikes. Was easy to build the instructions were easy to understand Unfortunately the felt was missing but rang custemer services who were very polite and helpful . Sent out another one which arrived 2 days later . Price and quality were very good.

Good - but one small design fault
I've had it a few months now and I'm very happy with the Wall store.
I managed to erect it myself ( I'm an experienced DIYer) but it really needs 2 people at times.
The only problem I had was that rain penetrated through the gap at the top of the doors, which really needs a narrow canopy above the doors to prevent this.(or a larger roof overhang)
This was easily fixed and apart from this I have had no problems.
The delivery driver phoned when about 10 minutes away to ask whether I wanted it at the back or front and was very helpful.
All in all a good experience.

Not good value Flimsy
Thw shed is not as solid as expected. Parts of the wooden frame snapped, some panels leaking sap so not dried properly.
Hinges flimsy so had to replace.
Had to reinforce structure .
Roof panel did not fit and slightly warped.
So overall not worth the money.
Would not recommend

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
