Comfortable
Delivered ahead of time, in good packaging, without damage. Good quality bench which has a curved slope seat, and is comfortable. Sunshine and dry weather wasn't supplied lol!!

Good-looking Comfortable Garden Bench.
Nicely shaped and generally well made.
I started by check fitting pieces together.I found that the pre-drilled holes into which the large hex drive screws fit were a little tight. Using cordless drill/driver with a suitable bit began to chew up screw head so I eased the holes slightly and then used the hex key supplied by hand. I advise a test fit of all 8 holes. It will take two people to assemble because it is very awkward to hold pieces in place whilst fitting the large screws. Suggest start with long battens before attaching back. Note seat piece drops in place before fitting second end frame. Finally a long thin screw driver is needed to fit the screws that go through the battens to fix the seat piece (not supplied.) I also got frustrated with the Phillips drive screws supplied which were difficult to start to drive into the wood even with my good cordless drill. So I gave up on those and used top quality screws of exactly the same size which bite easily.
All that said we are pleased with the seat, it probably was quicker to assemble once prepared than it has taken to write this review. (By the way once assembled it is actually more like 1.6m long.) Don't be put off it is a nice seat, especially at the price.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
