Really attractive bird table
I was really pleased when this bird table arrived: it was just the look I was hoping for and roomy enough to cater for all my feathered visitors. However, when we came to assemble it (not a difficult task) we found that one of the washers, which hold the screws in place, was missing. Thanks to the intervention of Robert Dyas, the manufacturers sent us two replacement washers. Now everyone's happy.

Food for birds
This was purchased in November 2018 and it has served its purpose of providing a safe haven for my garden birds and other wildlife to feed so far over the winter months.

Barren area, even with temptation!
The construction is of the age we live in, just OK. We have not had one bird yet, in three to four weeks. The site is one used before successfully, one wonders what is wrong, even after we used meal worms as the attraction. Is it the wood finish, what, please tell us.

Dreadful Service
Bird table came in two separate deliveries, the base delivered was not only badly damaged but the wrong base to the top half which I'd ordered. Robery Dyas complaints procedure is dire. No chance of speaking to a human.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
