The generous 1.8L capacity allows you to cook up to 10 cups of rice in one go, while the non-stick removable bowl makes cleaning up effortless. Great value and does the job really well
Bought to replace my old rice cooker (almost exactly the same model) which lasted 16 years! I love this machine.
It does exactly what it should - no fancy extra options - and does it really well. My only slight complaint is that there’s no measurement for less than 4 portions: easily solved by adding the same volume of water as rice. It cooks 2 helpings just as well as it does 8. I always forget to wiggle the pan - as per the instructions, but it hasn’t affected the way the rice cooks at all. It always turns out perfect which ever type of rice I use. I’d strongly recommend it, especially as it’s very much less expensive than many others.
Hopefully this one won’t need replacing until 2039!!

Perfectly decent.
Simple but does exactly what we need. I was worried that it wouldn't be able to do small portions, but it cooks two cups of rice just perfectly. I haven't tried to do just one cup. Top tips for use: 1) If it bubbles and makes a mess, then you haven't washed the rice well enough. It's the starch on the rice that makes the bubbles. 2) Aside from that, it's all about the ratio of rice to water. Different rices will need different ratios, you may require some trial-and-error. 3) Sometimes the rice gets better better after you've given it a stir and let it sit in "keep warm" mode for a few minutes.

Very happy with this rice cooker, rice is perfectly cooked and you can even steam veggies in the basket at the same time. It takes up some space on the counter/cupboard because it's quite big but apart from that I don't have any negative comments.

Shoulda bought one of these YEARS ago. It’s simple to use and so convenient. You don’t even have to take up space on the cooker if you’re making something particularly special. It cooks really good rice with minimal fuss and I LOVE it.

Lovely item! I prefer to add one and a half cups of water per cup of rice, but that’s just personal preference. All in all a simple and easy to clean machine that gets a lot of use by me and my teenage sons.

Brilliant, so pleased with the rice cooker, can’t think why I didn’t get one before.
It can also steam vegetables perfectly. Only downside is it’s quite big so not great in a tiny kitchen but it’s light so portable.

Bought this today and I chose Russell Hobbs as I trusted the brand with good quality and good value for money. I used the product to cook my rice as I’m a rice lover. In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
