Very heavy
This iron seemed very good quality, but I was unable to use it as it was much heavier than expected, too heavy for my arthritic hand, so unfortunately I had to return it.

Not worth the high price
Not worth the high price at all. Quite a heavy iron. But does the same as any other iron even the much cheaper ones

Terrible
I have returned this iron, it’s large, heavy and doesn’t iron at all well despite it being so powerful. The main problem, is that is has no continuous stream so sticks to clothes. Turn the heat down and it doesn’t iron the clothes. Really, a bad iron.

Not always the best to shop online
Iron was cracked when opened, couldn’t get a replacement in local shop as online purchase, have to wait for a refund to be processed as couldn’t do that in store either. Though shop was very helpful.
