Our new Russel Hobbs fridge freezer.
Our purchase was an excellent white fridge freezer with dimensions which suit the existing kitchen alcove. It was at a reasonable price. Ithas internal spaces similar to our previous fridge freezer which had worn door seals which could not be replaced.

Good fridge for the money spent
Although the overall quality of the fridge is not great compare with my old Bosh fridge so far is performing great. I could do with some improvements on the shelves as food can touch the back wall if pushed and some of the screws should have cover in them to improve overall look.

faulty firdge freezer
this fridge freezer which was sent to me is faulty, The legs on it are wobbly and i have lowered the legs on it on bpth sides and still it is rocking from side to side and is not stable at all. i have sent emails and photos and asked for this to be returned. nothing has been done

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
