Neat and quiet
It’s better than a thought it would be, has a very sensitive thermostat, jumps up as soon as you open the door then quickly returns to the set temp when the door is closed. FYI the 7th bottle has to go in neck first on the base of cooler, not a big deal but worth mentioning. I say quiet, but ours is in the utility room so your mileage may differ if it’s in your kitchen or other. If you register it with the manufacturer you get a second year warranty free of charge.

Disappointed
Cooler arrived within a few days. Unfortunately, the packaging at one end was loose. When unpacked the cooler had suffered damage to an external panel. The kitchen-fitter was finishing off the kitchen and the cooler needed to be positioned to allow him to complete the job.

Noisy. Faulty. Terrible service
Extremely noisy. Complained. Even recorded it at 80 decibels (advertised at 41 decibels) but Robert Dyas do not care!!!! Ombudsman form being filled in now!!

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
