Very practical
This appliance is very easy to use, it is also affordable, I am an advocate of Russell Hobbs, already owning an oven, kettle and iron, made by this manufacturer.
The only reason I didn’t award it 5 out 5 stars is because my previous model, (same as this one), developed a fault with the bulb, it became very dim then started flickering after only 18 months of moderate use.
Apart from this I would highly recommend this microwave to any budget minded customer.

Marks really easily on the exterior metal work.
A great mircovawe that works really well. However, it marks so badly on the front exterior, it actually looks worse after I cleaned it, than before.

Good looker
A good match to our existing Neff Kitchen and works faultlessly so far (3 months). My only criticisms are that it has a smaller capacity than our previous Neff but externally is the same size. Also it seems to steam up more so needs a quick wipe out after use. But all in all we are very happy

Very simple microwave
We wanted a brushed steel, built-in microwave. It looks good and is very easy to use. It does not have complicated functionality apart from a useful defrost one. Being able to silence the end of program notification would be nice.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
