Does what its meant to
Was sceptical looking at the reviews, but glad I made the purchase. my home feels clean and it does what its meant to, it isn't the prettiest thing, but in a home with 3 pets, it sure does what its meant to

Like the design but nt keen on the water resovoir

Annoying niggles
So the idea of a steam mop is a great one, but while this one looks the biz, it is very poorly designed.
First there is the indicator light. I am still not sure whether it is meant to turn blue or red when it's ready to use. Sometimes when I switch it on it's blue, sometimes red, and sometimes it changes from one to the other, sometimes it doesn't. So after sending one back for this reason and finding the replacement is exactly the same, I just ignore it.
Secondly, the pads attach to the mop with velcro, however there aren't enough grippers to hold the pad properly, so after a couple of passes they start to move around and ruck up, which is very annoying. After a couple of uses the pads themselves no longer attach securely, which makes the problem worse.
My final gripe is the filling tank, which has a grove around the base where it attaches to the mop. It is almost impossible to fill without water finding its way into this groove, and then all over you/your floor when you come to attach it.
In summary there are likely much better designed mops for much less money. This has been a big disappointment and a constant source of irritation!
