Unfortunately during National Lockdown for Covid19, the only delivery service available during this period will be non–contact doorstep delivery. This is in line with UK Government guidelines for the safety of both the customer and the delivery drivers.
Customers will be contacted to book a delivery date prior to delivery, if a doorstep delivery is not suitable please advise at this point.
All drivers will be wearing appropriate PPE.
For safety reasons packaging will not be removed so disposal will be the customers responsibility.

Lovely looking microwave
I bought this to replace the same model that I have had for several years. I love the look of this appliance as it goes with my cream range looking cooker. The knob to turn to the required time is the only feature I’m not so fond of, it’s fine if only a minute or two but takes a while for long periods of time. I would definitely recommend, the service from Robert Dyas was great too.

our old microwave gave up we had it for about 12 years it was complicated to use so when we looked for a replacement the main criteria was easy to use. This Russell Hobbs gave good reviews so we purchased it. It has been great, easy yo keep clean & easy to use. Very pleased with the purchase. Good looking Microwave
After a false start when the first microwave arrived with a broken glass door. A replacement was quickly provided. This is a good looking microwave which co-ordinates well with a new cream coloured kitchen.
The instructions for operation could be clearer and it is not the easiest to use.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
