Bought to improve our carving. This knife is very sharp and has the right length and blade shape. Nicely complements our chef's knife which is best reserved for cutting and chopping larger vegetables etc

Very sharp carving knife.
We wanted a knife which did not bend in use and carved with little effort. This knife fits the bill. I like the self sharpening which avoids me having to do it.

good value for money perhaps if you want to improve the sharpness for carving thinly then you will need to spend a little more and find an alternative
