Great Mixer
I am an avid baker and really not used a lot of mixers untill a few years ago when my hands developed severe arthritis and couldn't use my hands anymore. I have had several machines but found them either to heavy to pick up or they never mixed everything together so I had to try and use my hands to fully mix everything which really put me off baking as too much trouble so i gave up baking and i was thoughrly miserable..untill i read the reviews on this salter mixer and its everything it says in your description. It is very light in weight and not too big to keep on kitchen counter but the best thing for me is the mixer blades as they mix everything together with no need for using my hands to combine. It has one simple dial to turn from slow to extremely fast which is great for whipping creams etc cakes are fluffy and light too. Very easy to come apart and clean. All in all this is a fabulous mixer and would definitely recommend and the price was excellent and much cheaper than some bigger names i have had. A big thank you as i am a very happy customer.

An excellent value product bought to replace a mixer bought at a similar price but unable to handle anything near heavy mixing. This machine has been used 2-3 times a week to mix bread dough and has performed admirably. Would recommend.
