Create healthy meals from scratch for the whole family with this Salter steamer featuring three tiers so you can cook meat, vegetables and even rice all at once.
With a large water tank and 60 minute timer, it is incredibly simple to use and even has an automatic shut-off when the timer ends or the water tank is empty.
It comes with a rice bowl for perfectly fluffy rice, while each tier is removable so you can use one, two or three tiers to cook depending on how much food you are making.

Good for healthy eating and dieting
I’m really glad I brought this product as I love vegetables but want to retain as many vitamins as possible to keep myself in optimum health.
This product is good for anyone who likes to eat as much flavour in their vegetables as possible.
It’s also useful for people with busy lifestyles as you can just pop your food into the steamer and it will be ready after the timer has indicated it is ready.
Very easy to function! Also very simple to clean in the dishwasher (or sink).
The only downside was that my product had obviously been opened previously and may have been used as a display item. This is just my guess as when it’s arrived it has little pieces of chocolate on the outside of the plastic containers. At first I thought it was insects(!) but thankfully realised it was chocolate. I didn’t complain but as I’m writing an honest opinion here, decided to mention.

Looks sleek and steams well!
I've used this most days since buying it. The veggies come out lovely. As with all steamers, choose the appropriate level for each item(s) of veg, putting harder (eg root veg) at the bottom. You can use only one or two compartments at a time if you don't always need all 3. It's really simple to use, looks stylish, and it's compact for storage.

Spaciously compact...
The trigger to buy this excellent value-for-money appliance was the need to have two vegetables cooked for Christmas dinner whilst leaving the hob and oven free for countless other stuff. And it worked. Perfectly steamed carrots and string beans, which could then be glazed, etc., the traditional way. Very easy to use. Easy to store too. Just one question mark: since there are holes between each level, how to prevent dripping from one level down to another when you are steaming foodstuffs with very distinctive flavours?

So handy
I bought item about a month ago now and I wonder why I didn't get one earlier. So easy to put say chicken in the bottom tier and vegetables in the other two. Set timer, walk away, relax and let it do its job. Food cooked to perfection and healthy. Steamer easy to work and clean after cooking. Invaluable item in the kitchen. My neighbour wanted one but shop had all sold out.

Bought for some healthier and easier cooking ..... it is small and compact , but enough space for a family of four. It’s easy to clean and stack neatly away without taking up lots of room. It’s very good for cooking rice too !

Not up to usual standard
I was disappointed with this steamer. It is so very light and the tiers are kept together with narrow plastic rings making the whole thing seem fragile and tacky somehow.
Shame because I've always been so pleased with my purchases from Robert Days.

First impressions are that the bowls feel flimsy and easy to break. The time dial isn't very accurate so you are better off setting it high and using a separate timer. The tiers above the base layer don't get as much stream so you need to add time to allow for this. Lastly there is no guidance about whether you can put the parts through a dishwasher.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
