Good machine
Great little machine, drips through espresso well, frothier milk you'll never need. Just need to investigate different coffees now.

Weak coffee, but attractive looking machine.
I'm a little disappointed with my espresso machine. It's very light-weight which means that when you fix the coffee handle to the machine and remove it, the whole machine moves each time, so you have to hold it down to steady it. The size of the container that you put the ground coffee in is smaller than my previous machine, so this does not produce a double espresso - it's somewhere between a single and double. This means I have to make two in order to have a decent strength cup of coffee which wastes more coffee grinds and is impractical. However it was a very reasonable price, so I can't complain too much. It does look smart and compact on the counter.

Failure to deliver
I purchased a coffee machine and you delivered the wrong item
When I phoned you I was told u would sort it
The nothing happened !
So I chased it again and u said u needed pictures of the wrong item
So I sent u the pictures
No response!
So I chased u again and u sent me a returns slip so I had to take it to the post office!
Nothing happened!
so I chased it again and u said u are now out of stock and u will be sending me a refund!
This machine was a Christmas present so I am very upset with your service!
Please send me some compensation if you would like me to use you again
