Still work well after 12 years!
I’d lost the instructions for these scales, so I find myself here as I’m now on a weight loss campaign. I can see I’ve had them 12years (since I last set them up!) For most of that time I have used them just for weight and they have worked faultlessly.
I always use them on a hard flat floor. Briefly press on them, await the zero and then step on them and it shows you your weight.
I’ve now revisited the other functions, BMI, fat %, water % after resetting my details, and it still works flawlessly - I just needed reminding how to do it. I did have to wipe it clean first as I suspect the dust impeded the electrical contact. They do suggest wiping your feet with a damp cloth if the body stats don’t come up. Very happy with them.

Great features easy to use
I brought these a week ago they are very accurate.... Setting them up was easy step by step via the leaflet provided.
I would recommend these..... I'm doing slimming world and love to see weight loss regardless of even if its an ounce and these scales show this.
It also gives an accurate reading of bmi which is another great feature.
Overall I'd say these are great for the price and beat other more expensive scales by far
