Machine looks good and well made
First one that arrived ,the turn table did not turn but was soon replaced.Instructions a little bit complicated at first. Oven chips came out good.

Broken start button
Broken start button. There is clearly a design fault with this microwave as the start but as also failed on my microwave. Yet all Samsung keep saying is it’s a chargeable repair. Shame on you Samsung!

Very Disappointed!
Extremely disappointed! Had the thing 18 months, used very, very lightly, still like new but the start button nor any of the other buttons now work. I am so upset about it, I have really looked after it and it really is like new. I used the conventional oven on it for the first time on friday last and I must admit that chicken strips which take 20 minutes to cook did take above 40 minutes to cook through. Always bought Samsung TV, surround sound, projector and always been happy. Unfortunately, I have been told it is now out of warranty.
