Best pans I’ve had
I’m so pleased with this, I bought the whole set. It does what it says on the tin. It’s non stick and doesn’t need oil/grease. It’s a reasonable price and has been in the dishwasher over 10 times and still looking brand new. The only problem I have encountered is the handle on the lid, it is mainly metal it conducts heat which isn’t the best design!

Although it says that this is a shallow casserole dish. It is absolutely perfect, for what I wanted to
use it for. It is deeper than my frying pan, so that when I am making our favourite chicken pasta bake, I am able to batch cook and freeze some for another day. It is super easy to clean. Not too heavy. Just great. I highly recommend this pan.

I've been wanting a pan that can go from the hob to the oven for a while, but usually they are so expensive I couldn't justify spending the money. When I saw this one on offer at half the usual price I thought I'd take a chance & I'm very pleased that I did. The ordering process was simple, & I've used the pan several times now & I'm very happy with the quality & performance of the pan. The handles do get hot when used in the oven, but it does warn of this on the packaging and as you use oven gloves to handle the pan it isn't really an issue. I'm very happy to recommend this product.

It’s a real shame this is the largest size of casserole Scoville do and it’s a great staple for the kitchen. I’ve found it very easy to use, the non-stick makes it very easy to clean and cook with and it takes a lot of the stress out of leaving things on the hob to bubble away. I often use this over cast iron alternatives for ease. No signs of scratching in the many months I've been using it and the quality is great.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
