Shadow II is the first heater of a new generation of outdoor infrared patio heaters from the Shadow brand at Heat Outdoors. It has a newly designed slimline anodised aluminium body with an enhanced internal reflector design to project more heat more evenly across an area than any shadow which has come before it. ULG+ is the greatest innovation in ultra low glare lamp technology in many years, it’s by far the lowest light level short-wave infrared lamp we have ever developed. Currently Available in 1.5kW, 2kW and 3kW variants in black or silver, ULG+ technology offers more heat per kW of energy than any infrared lamp available. ULG+ not only functions with a revolutionary new level of performance for short-wave infrared, it looks absolutely incredible from the moment you switch it on.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
