The Berryfield 11’ x 8’ log cabin is a large and attractive cabin at a great price. This top-quality log cabin has 19mm interlocking high-grade pine boards to the walls with tongue and groove boards to roof and floor.
The building is glazed with toughened safety glass for your family's safety. All timber is certified to produce an environmentally friendly and quality garden building. The beauty of a log construction means no framing internally giving you uninterrupted walls and a real log cabin experience. The building is supplied untreated ready for you to paint or stain immediately after assembly. Building dimensions are to the edge of the individual boards that make up the unit and will include the crossover of the logs.
For critical dimensions use the metric values; imperial dimensions are rounded for description only. Please note that log cabins are supplied as individual log boards that are assembled length by length, building up from the floor. Installation instructions are included. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.

Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturer’s guidelines for assembly, usage and regular preservative treatment. Delivery is kerb side. Shire's drivers are very helpful and will always try to leave the product as conveniently positioned as possible. However, it is entirely at the driver’s discretion whether or not it is suitable to drive onto your property.

Good size hot tub house
The instructions could have been a lot clearer however we muddled through it and it's good quality when put together, with quality fixtures and lots of surplus parts ....

lots of pieces missing. no windows or doors
I was appalled by this order. It got delivered in several pieces of wood and poor instructions. When the builder came to assemble it we found out that the order wasnt fully delivered with windows, doors and pieces of wood missing.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
